چکیده
Synergy between biomaterial surfaces and cells is known to be important due the direct inevitable interactions that mediate cell behavior. Thus, design of biomimetic with proper topography chemistry crucial for optimization cellular responses. Herein, we report surface mimicking ability chitosan (CH) biopolymer its promising application as a platform osteoblast culture. CH frequently used in bone tissue engineering applications. For this reason, anisotropic was chosen demonstrate skill. Initially, replicated by using soft lithography polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) molds. Subsequently, solvent casting performed on molds, then polymer membranes are obtained. To prepare nanocomposite, graphene oxide (GO) blended into enhance biocompatibility. It observed CH/GO nanocomposite both eligible mimic surface. Considering tissue, hydroxyapatite (HA) modification also conducted ultraviolet/ozone method. Following that, human osteoblasts evaluate responses mimicked surfaces. The results indicate has positive impact viability morphology.

Anisotropic and Heterogeneous Polymerized Membranes
In these lectures I describe long scale properties of fluctuating polymerized membranes in the presence of network anisotropy and random heterogeneities. Amazingly, even infinitesimal amount of these seemingly innocuous but physically important ingredients in the membrane’s internal structure leads to a wealth of striking qualitatively new phenomena. Anisotropy leads to a “tubule” phase that is...
متن کاملOcean Surface Topography
Definition The deviation of the height of the ocean surface from the geoid is known as the ocean surface topography. The geoid is a surface on which the Earth’s gravity field is uniform. The ocean surface topography is caused by ocean waves, tides, currents, and the loading of atmospheric pressure. The main application of ocean surface topography is for the determination of large-scale ocean ci...

متن کاملSurface Topography of Dental Implants
Surface treatment of titanium implants has been a new frontier in clinical dentistry. Usually it is based on additive and subtractive techniques that modify the surface topography of implants. It alters the roughness/smoothness of the implant surface which becomes more favourable to achieve osseointegration. This modified surface exhibits varied biological responses when the implant is placed i...

The role of contact pressure on skin friction has been documented in multiple experimental studies. Skin friction significantly raises in the low-pressure regime as load increases while, after a critical pressure value is reached, the coefficient of friction of skin against an external surface becomes mostly insensitive to contact pressure. However, up to now, no study has elucidated the qualit...
